By using VeilGuard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old.

2. Service Description

VeilGuard provides a subscription-based VPN service designed to enhance security and privacy.

VeilGuard is provided for security and privacy purposes. Users must comply with local law and regulations where they access the service. If local law restricts specific online services, content categories, or communication applications, VeilGuard must not be used to evade those lawful restrictions.

You are responsible for all activities under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Changing a plan forfeits remaining time on the previous plan. The new plan becomes active immediately and expires with its own duration.

8. Service Availability

VeilGuard targets 99.9% availability annually. Availability does not entitle users to refunds.

9. Fair Use

VeilGuard may limit or suspend accounts that excessively consume resources.

10. Third-Party Dependencies

VeilGuard is not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers.

11. Export Control

Service may not be used in violation of export or sanctions laws.

12. Termination

VeilGuard may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal requirements.

13. Privacy

Use of VeilGuard is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including VPN and split tunneling disclosures.

14. Disclaimer

Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute anonymity.

15. Limitation of Liability

VeilGuard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

16. Force Majeure

VeilGuard is not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
